La Islaminima (Gentlewave) took revenge on two good fillies in the Prix des Cadettes on Tuesday in Compiegne. Beating the winner of the Prix d’Essai des Pouliches, Rose Amélie Has (Martaline) and the second Hello Traou Land (Hello Sunday). The Owned by Manuel Martinez, La Islaminima galloped into fourth position, still on the bit, while Rose Amélie Has took the pace to a good rhythm. She approached easily at the end of the straight, coming into the wake of the leaders.

After the final fence, she won by three lengths ahead of Rose Amélie. Guillaume Macaire, trainer of both La Islaminima and Rose Amélie Has, said: “It is not just the difference in weight that made the difference between the two fillies.
