The success rate of Yorton graduates over the Channel shows no sign of relenting after the classy success of Yorton Sale graduate BLUE BORANA in the Listed Prix Robert et Jean-Claude Weill hurdle at Auteuil yesterday (11/11/2023)

A son of former resident & now stallion super power, Blue Bresil, the Graham & Susan Carsberg bred 3yo was held up at the rear of the 11 runner field before creeping into contention & eventually powering clear to score by an increasing 3 1/2 Ls. Trained by ‘Yorton friend’ Gabriel Leenders, he had been placed second on his previous start at Fontainebleau last month & has now amassed prize money of c€60,000.

Bought by Sue Bramall, Blue Borana was sold for £30,000 at the 2022 renewal of the Yorton Sale having graduated through the proven Yorton system involving loose schooling, conditioning & dedicated ground work.
